The Joie Roomie Glide crib is a bedside crib which allows parents to rest with their baby while ensuring that they are safe to sleep. The smooth glide motion helps to soothe your baby into sleep and its innovative features allow you to monitor them without having to leave your own bed.
The cot's side panel sliding lifts and lowers with the push of the button, making it simple to reach in and soothe a crying infant at night. It has 11 height adjustments to fit nearly any mattress size, and adjustable folding feet that ensure it's at the right height.
In terms of safety the cot is cushioned and fitted with mesh sides for increased airflow, and the mattress is made from high-density foam for extra protection. It is also wipeable and you can keep the crib clean. It includes a fitted mattress sheet that is suitable for the crib.
The Roomie Glide, unlike some other cribs for beds, is compatible with all beds including divans. This is due to the straps and clips that connect it. It can also be used as a stand-alone crib even when it's not attached to the bed. It comes with a variety of amazing features designed with the idea of parent-child bonding in mind.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that while this crib is ideal for infants, it will not last long after your baby turns six months old, and you will require an additional cot. But, in general Roanna found that the Joie Roomie Glide was a really good buy and she especially liked its sleek design.
The Roomie Glide is available to purchase at John Lewis for PS160, which Roanna thought was a reasonable cost for a cot that has these innovative features. She liked how it was positioned in her bedroom and believed its gray color would be appropriate for the majority of modern homes. She did point out that it's not an ideal idea to rock a baby younger because it can create an unfavourable sleep pattern for later.
The Tutti Bambini CoZee
The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep in mind. It has a drop-side rail that is easily lowered to feed your baby at night without having to wake your child or get up it's ideal for mothers who are breastfeeding! It is also lightweight and easy to move around during naps or for travel.
It's made of soft material and features mesh sides that breathe to increase airflow. It's available in charcoal and oak, with a range of melange fabrics that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure when affixed to her bed, with the legs securely snapping into place and the zips secure to ensure baby safety. It took Anna approximately 10 minutes to put it together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions as well as a video, and a customer support number in case you have any problems.

This is one of Chicco's more expensive alternatives. However, it comes with a lot of excellent features. It can be used either a side-sleeper, or a standalone crib, and is suitable for infants from birth to six months. It has a new mechanism to open and close the side panel. It's simple to use even with one hand. It's also more adjustable than the previous model, with 11 different height settings and legs that retract to fit underneath any bed.
Our testers were impressed with the simple access the side panel provides that can be moved up and down at the touch of a button. This was particularly useful during nighttime feedings as they could reach inside and pick their baby up without disturbing them.
It is possible to lower the side panel by itself but this is not advised, since it increases the likelihood that your baby will get out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism guarantees that it can only remain in place when it is attached to the bed properly. This feature is great for peace of mind if you breastfeed and require frequent feedings at night.
Telescopic legs permit the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers. The only thing our testers have found is that the side panel did not flex as much compared to other models. This caused it to be a bit more difficult to observe your baby from the bed.

If you're looking for a bedside crib that will grow with your child, then the Shnuggle Air is definitely worth a look. Designed to be a co-sleeping bassinet that is attached to your bed but also convert into a stylish cot once your baby is ready. It's ideal for feeding at night and growing your bond with your baby.
The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, unlike some other cribs. Its dual-view mesh sides as well as airflow mattress that is breathable and hypoallergenic maximise airflow to keep your baby cool and comfortable. The motion of gliding was found to be extremely helpful in lulling babies into sleep after feedings at night or midday. The drop-down side makes it easy to feed or soothe babies throughout the night. This was a huge selling point for our tired moms who took part in our tests. Although it doesn't rock, or have extra features like a sound system the Joie Roomie Glide's elegant design and practicality are a welcome addition our best bedside crib reviews.
